We all have them.  Those guilty pleasure songs we love but we think are too cheesy to admit we love them.  We think we will never hear the end of it if our friends find out we like Katy Perry.  Well, fear no more.  I say embrace your guilty pleasure songs.  Be proud of them.  Because sometimes it is a simple, "cheesy" song that has the simple message that we need to hear.  Guilty pleasure songs have their place, have their purpose, and shape our lives just as much as Led Zepplin or whatever it is you have ordained as "cool."  Music is music.  Love what you love cuz "baby you're a firework!"

Sometimes we can try so hard to keep it, but our motivation starts to lack.  We may have a couple days of being pumped up and focus, but then one day we get up and we start questioning everything.  That's when it's time to turn to outside motivation.  Watch a YouTube video, listen to a podcast, or watch a documentary that inspires you.  Don't underestimate the power of these simple acts.  You might find just the right outside motivation will remind you of what is important and get you back on track!
